While looking for a geocache today, Dad and Dancer found this snake skin. A few moments later they found the snake coiled up on a rock. It was big, Dad wears a size 12 shoe. We brought it home, the skin not the snake, and measure it - 36 inches.
The skin was so perfect you could see the eyelids. We didn't even know that snakes shed their eyelids. But then again, snakes creep me out so I really don't much about them except to run when I see one.
