Sometimes you need the real thin...I agree with you. Sometimes you need the real thing to be satisfied, and if you are satisfied, you'll eat less, right?<br /><br />I'm a supermarket ingredients reader myself. I think it's why we hardly ever buy things like store bought cookies.
