Black Bean Salsa Recipe


Black Bean Salsa



4 C. black beans, rinsed

1 can Ro*Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies

1 can sweet corn

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1/2 C. celery, finely chopped

1/2 C. vinegar

4 Tbsp. sugar or to taste

Add additional seasoning to your taste such as lime, cilantro, salt, bell pepper, etc.
