Dos and Don'ts Of Subzero Bell Ringing

If you are ringing the bell for the Salvation Army and it is -10 degrees out there are a few dos and don'ts.  First off, do wear boots, snow pants, jacket, mittens, hand warmers in your mittens, several layers of clothes under all these outer wear items and scarves.  Don't be a stubborn teenager and not wear a hat.   At least she wore ear warmers, but really, when only your eyes are sticking out no one can even tell who you are.

God bless them for their service; I believe in the Salvation Army and the good they do for the least among us.
