Melt a bag of chocolate chips and dip in marshmallows. They come out sort of glumpy so roll the sides and the top of the marshmallow on the side of the pan to give it a smooth coating. Roll in crushed graham crackers.
Let them sit on wax paper to get hard or if they are not progressing as fast as you would like pop them in the freezer for a few minutes. We took these to a fellowship at church and they flew out of the bowl.
