Spark and I were laying on the big bed, that is what we call our king size bed, talking before bedtime. Spark lets out a big sigh and says, "It feels so good to be home."
"What do you mean," I ask him, "we have been home all day."
"Well, the other part of the house, the living room and dining room area, are where we go to school and work and in here we just relax and read."
I never thought of that before, that our kids are always at school or work. While I see it as our escape from the world, as opposed to having to be at a job or school building, they see it as school and work. I am glad he has a place where he feels like he can "get away from it all."
