Take the tops off and clean out the seeds of green peppers. Plan on one pepper per person. Make a box of Rice-a-roni, the San Francisco treat. I had to add that last part in there for Spark. Add a can of chopped tomatoes or about three fresh chopped tomatoes. Add browned meat and onion, hamburger or turkey work equally as well. Spoon mixture into the peppers and set them up in an oven proof pan. Pour a jar of spaghetti sauce over the tops. Pop it into a 350 degree oven until the peppers are baked and serve. These also work great for reheating as leftovers so make a lot for two meals and the next day you don't have to cook or clean up!
