Place the meat in a plastic zip lock bag with:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbsp, or a good splash, of Worcestershire sauce
Squeeze as much air as possible out of the bag and let sit for three hours.
Throw it on the grill, three minutes on each side or less if you like your meat rare. It looks like a big ole tongue laying there, ewww.
Tent it in aluminum foil and let it rest for five minutes.
Cut it at an angle against the grain and enjoy! This was so good the kids were asking for the leftovers for a before bed snack.
