Shamrock Pizza

This is the pizza we made for St. Patrick's Day. We are celebrating a bit early. The Dad forgot we wanted a picture of it and cut it up and had it on the table before we even got a look at it. Here we piece it back together for the picture. To made the four leaves we just cut a wedge out symmetrically around the pie. It looks more like a cross after it's reconstruction, before the leaves were more round, pretty cute. The pizza was so good, sausage, orange and red peppers, fresh mushrooms, green olives and tons of cheese.
