Frozen Goat Milk Shake

This is ice cream without ice cream.

Put a jar of fresh goat milk into the freezer until it hits the firm slushy stage.

Pour the milk in the blender with some cream and chocolate milk mix.

Whir it up a few seconds and you have a frozen milk shake.

I just found your blog from Mama Tea's blog agout her goats babies you helped. That's great to have goat friends. I have alot. I am taking my 2 most recent kids to have their horns burned off tomorrow. That's the hardest part for me.

But I had to say this mroning I left the milk in the freezer a little too long and it was like you described. So I made a shake. But I used my International Swiss Mocha coffee. Yum! Nice and thick abd good and cold. Thanks for the suggestion because I sometimes get busy and forget that I have fresh goat milk in the freezer.

Great blog, by the way!
